Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ALPHA, the cloud POS & inventory service at alpha.aglobalsolutions.cloud. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the users you invite to your workspace.

2. Free trial & plans

New workspaces receive a free trial (no card required). After the trial, continued use requires an active paid plan. Billing is arranged directly (bank transfer / WhatsApp); your plan is activated upon confirmation of payment. Plan limits (products, stores, users) apply as described on the pricing page.

3. Your data

Business data you enter remains yours. You grant us only the rights needed to host, process, back up, and display it to you. You can export your data at any time. Handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for unlawful activity, attempt to breach its security, resell it without permission, or interfere with other workspaces.

5. Availability & support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Support is provided by email and WhatsApp during business hours; Pro plans receive priority support.

6. Cancellation & termination

You may cancel at any time; paid periods already started are not refunded pro-rata unless required by law. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms after reasonable notice, except in cases of serious abuse.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim. You are responsible for compliance with tax and invoicing rules applicable to your business.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
