ALPHA ("we", "us") provides cloud point-of-sale and inventory software at alpha.aglobalsolutions.cloud (the "Service"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

1. Information we collect

Account information — name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, company name, and password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text).
Business data you enter — products, inventory, sales records, store names, customer entries, and images you upload. This data belongs to you.
Technical data — IP address, browser type, and approximate country (used for currency defaults and security logs).

2. How we use it

To operate the Service: process sales, sync inventory, and generate your reports.
To communicate with you about your account, trial, billing, and support.
To secure the Service and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your business data for advertising.

3. AI features

When you use AI product entry or the AI assistant, the content you submit (for example a product photo) is processed by our AI provider solely to generate the result you requested. It is not used to train models on your behalf.

4. Data storage & security

Data is stored on our servers with access controls, HTTPS encryption in transit, and per-workspace isolation. Automatic snapshots are kept for recovery purposes. You can export a full backup of your workspace at any time from the app.

5. Data retention & deletion

Your data is retained while your account is active. If you cancel, you may request full deletion of your workspace and personal data by contacting us; we will complete deletion within 30 days, except where law requires longer retention.

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies: a session cookie to keep you signed in and a preference for your chosen language. No third-party advertising cookies.

7. Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.

سياسة الخصوصية

توفر «ألفا» برنامج نقاط بيع وإدارة مخزون سحابي. توضح هذه السياسة البيانات التي نجمعها وكيف نستخدمها وخياراتك.

١. البيانات التي نجمعها

بيانات الحساب — الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني ورقم الهاتف/واتساب واسم الشركة وكلمة المرور (تُخزَّن مشفَّرة ولا تُحفظ نصاً صريحاً).
بيانات عملك — المنتجات والمخزون والمبيعات والصور التي ترفعها. هذه البيانات ملك لك.
بيانات تقنية — عنوان IP ونوع المتصفح والدولة التقريبية (لأغراض العملة الافتراضية والأمان).

٢. كيف نستخدمها

لتشغيل الخدمة والتواصل معك بشأن حسابك ودعمك وتأمين الخدمة. نحن لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات.

٣. ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي

عند استخدام الإدخال الذكي للمنتجات، تُعالج المحتويات المرسلة فقط لتوليد النتيجة المطلوبة، ولا تُستخدم لتدريب النماذج.

٤. التخزين والأمان

تُخزَّن البيانات بضوابط وصول وتشفير أثناء النقل وعزل لكل مساحة عمل، مع نسخ احتياطية تلقائية، ويمكنك تصدير نسخة كاملة في أي وقت.

٥. الاحتفاظ والحذف

نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك نشطاً. عند الإلغاء يمكنك طلب حذف بياناتك بالكامل خلال ٣٠ يوماً.

٦. ملفات تعريف الارتباط

نستخدم ملفات أساسية فقط: جلسة الدخول وتفضيل اللغة. لا ملفات إعلانية من طرف ثالث.

٧. حقوقك

يحق لك الوصول لبياناتك وتصحيحها وتصديرها وحذفها بالتواصل معنا.
